Increased agricultural productivity and market access for 1,200+ farmers, leading to a significant boost in income.
Community Engagement
Conducted over 100 meetings to foster collective awareness and ownership of sustainable practices.
Institution Building
Established 50 Producer Groups and 2 Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs) with 1000 farmers as its members.
Farmers Income Enhancement
78% increase in gross margins, 17%–40% rise in net income of the farmers of the 2 FPCs.
Sustainable Farming Solutions
Introduced climate-resilient practices, precision farming, and drip irrigation, resulting in optimized resource use and increased yield.
Women’s Economic Empowerment
About 100 women SHGs members were equipped with skills and resources for product manufacturing & small business activities, providing reliable income streams.
