Skilling And Employability
MART Academy’s skilling programs target the employability and entrepreneurial aspirations of youth, women, and marginalized populations. Key components include:
- Skill development courses aligned with NSQF and local market demand
- Sector-specific training in trades such as tailoring, hospitality, retail, agriculture, and IT
- Development of soft skills including communication, teamwork, digital literacy, and time management
- Entrepreneurship and micro-enterprise training, including business planning and mentorship
- Placement and livelihood linkage support through employer partnerships and job fairs
- Convergence with government and CSR-funded skilling schemes (e.g., DDU-GKY, PMKVY)
