MART Academy works at the intersection of community empowerment, sustainable livelihoods, and market inclusion. Guided by the belief that every individual has the potential to grow when provided with the right opportunities, our work focuses on enabling grassroots change through practical solutions, local leadership, and strategic partnerships.
We operate across six key verticals that align with our mission of building resilient communities and inclusive ecosystems. Our programs are designed to be participatory, scalable, and grounded in the real needs of the people we serve — especially women, youth, and marginalized populations in rural India.
From skilling young people and promoting agri-businesses to building community institutions and conducting field-based research, each vertical contributes to our larger vision: to enable sustainable, dignified livelihoods and empower people to shape their own futures.
Our Verticals
Skilling And Employability
We equip rural youth and women with practical, industry-relevant skills that improve their employability or help them start their own ventures. Our training focuses on trades, life skills, digital literacy, and job placements through strong industry linkages.
Agri-Business Promotion
We support smallholder farmers and grassroots collectives to become agripreneurs by promoting value-added agriculture, enterprise development, and market linkages. Our work spans value chain assessments, FPO support, and product branding.
