Skilling And Employability
India’s rural and semi-urban population, especially youth and women, face persistent barriers to employment — skill mismatch, lack of market linkages, digital divide, and limited exposure to industry trends. MART Academy bridges this gap by designing comprehensive skilling and employability programs that are community-centric, industry-aligned, and outcome-driven.
At MART Academy, we equip rural youth and women with market-driven skills that open doors to stable employment and entrepreneurial opportunities. Our programs focus on:
- Skill mapping & demand assessment in specific regions to ensure training relevance
- Trade-specific training (e.g., tailoring, hospitality, agriculture-tech, digital services) aligned with local labor markets
- Soft skills development, including communication, teamwork, financial literacy, and digital awareness
- Hybrid learning models, combining classroom instruction with on-the-job training and apprenticeships
- Certification & placement support, including campus drives, employer linkages, and convergence with government programs like DDU-GKY
- Enterprise incubation, where candidates receive support in preparing business plans, accessing seed capital, and setting up micro-enterprises
